Over the weekend we finished our spring season with the MERCfest. We had a great day of rugby in our home stomping ground of Hillsboro, Illinois. The Springfield Celts and Belleville Rowdies came through and played some great rugby! We could not ask for a better day and venue to make history with our first tourney! We look forward to expanding this next season and making this an annual Fall tournament. This was the end to our first Division III Rugby season and huge progress for the Merc team with out first official conference win and many great games to give us some momentum running into the Summer 7’s/Fall 18′ season.
